In addition to the winter storage lot at at our waterfront location, we also have a 3 acre lot and building off site which we use for indoor and outdoor storage.
As of 2019 we've additionally leased a section of the parking lot at Saquatucket Harbor for additional winter storage.
In the summer we use our off-site lot for trailer storage or for short term seasonal storage of boats on trailers.
